On March 19, the three-day 2026 TCT Asia 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Exhibition officially concluded at the National Exhibition & Convention Center (Shanghai). GuiZiDan made a remarkable appearance at the exhibition, leveraging its self-developed equipment and internationally advanced plasma atomization powder production technology (PREP).
As a leading domestic provider of 3D printing metal powder materials, Guizidan offers end-to-end customized services for industries such as aerospace, automotive manufacturing, defense, and scientific research. Currently, Guizidan operates six material production lines, and its cumulative customer delivery volume over the past two years has exceeded 100 tons.
Shaanxi Guizidan has successfully developed and prototyped over 60 types of materials using its self-developed equipment and PREP process, achieving high-quality R&D and mass production of powders for titanium alloys, superalloys, alloy steels, copper alloys, and aluminum alloys. This enables customers to truly access "high-quality domestic powders" —characterized by a narrow particle size distribution, high sphericity, low oxygen content, and batch-to-batch stability that meets world-class standards—thereby attracting visitors at the exhibition to stop and experience these products firsthand.
During the exhibition, Guzidan Powder attracted significant attention from leading enterprises and research institutes across sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and energy, thanks to its exceptional forming performance and process compatibility; simultaneously, the company engaged in in-depth technical exchanges with members of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, experts from the Ukrainian-Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Huang Weidong, thereby accelerating the global expansion of domestically produced high-end metal powders.
1.In the future, Guizidan will continue to increase its R&D investment, accelerate the intelligent upgrade of the PREP production line and the construction of a powder base; it will deepen collaborative innovation across the "materials–process–equipment" chain, providing full-chain, high-performance, and reliable domestic metal powder solutions for the high-quality development of China's additive manufacturing industry.
